Ripped Off Dishonest took us for 299.00 in a time of despire

Captial Grants Association called us and told my husband for a fee of 299.00 they promised to help us get some grants during a time when my husband was unable to work due to a back injury. My husband spoke to a represtative Barbara, he explained our situation to her. She assured him that they could help or they would refund our money.
We paid the fee on October 18 and I called the company and was told that our packet would arrive at our house on November 14.

Well that date as come and gone no packet. I have called both of the numbers I have for the company and left several messages.

Still no response. The numbers I have called are 866 712 2333 and 888 842 7772.

We are now trying very way possible to get our money back. I believe someone needs to step in and help all of us that have been ripped off by this company.
