Fraudulant billing to checking account

They took 149.95 from my checking and bounced me all ay yhe same time. Told my bank i never gave them permission. I called usa credit and told them this was under investigation from the fraud unit at my bank and i needed a cancellation number. They gave it to me and have not touched my account since. As they are not allowed either.
