Ripoff no! No! No! Work never "acceptable" take too long for "inspections" still waiting for refund

Do Not go with this company! I went with them because I drove past the location while living in Florida & confirmed they were a legit company. After moving (6 months later) I decided to give this a try. Wow was I in for a surprise! I submitted my "refundable" registration fee & got my starter kit. I did my "inspection ball" and gave a deposit for 2 units of 10 balls. (a deposit of $30 per unit. I was charged $70. $10 for shipping to GA???)
After 3 weeks & no inspection results & no units I called. (LO & behold - answering machine) 1 weeks later I get a phone call back. Iwas told they would call me with my tracking # on the units. The day after I called my inspection ball arrived. I did not pass inspection due to center pin not straight, white beads must make a uniform circle, white styrophoam ball showing, & gold sequins must be even. 5 days later I got my units. I took this so called inspection ball & put it right back in an envelope& sent it right back with no corrections. 3 weeks later I did not pass inspection because of center pin not straight, but all errors from before were fine???

After one more try on the inspection ball I decided they just didnt want to pay people. On 10/27 I sent back the units for a refund just like the person (who never gives a name) on the phone (after 3 messages) told me to do. I put delivery confermation on the box. As of this day & 3 messages I am still waiting for my refund.

As for the refundable registration - They wont even pass your inspection ball let alone accept 2 units from you, I qualify for the "being with them for 2 months" tho, because its been 5 months already, so I guess I loose out on that.
