Since i was transfer from FairBanks Cap. I have had so many problems with S.P. S company i had some problems with my acc with them they gave me high late fees my mortagage went into delinquent i called them after they wrote me letters telling me that they could help i talk to a customer service rep. He was so rude telling me how to handle my money to pay for the debt and if they are their to help why treat a person like they do they have mess up my cr. And its like its no way out with them, I feel if u r having trouble making the mortgage they are suppose to help u not added all the high fees like the do it makes no sense... Right now they said that i need to pay them 16,000 to make my mortgage current with all the high atty. Fees they had added to my acc. Etc... And now i'm in forclose with them and no body wants to help i feel that something needs to be done with this Mortgage Company...
