Ripoff sold me the ups fedex refund recovery software for $95 shipping and handling

While back i was searching for some good home based business and after searching for a while i came across this one called ups and fedex refund recovery processor. I purchased the software but for some reasons i didn't get a chance to install the software on my computer and try it, but when i actually got the chance the sport website i was given by the seller didn't even exist. Then i figured it out that it was nothing but a fraud that someone was doing by selling this software online, but i couldn't do anything about it because i didn't have any way to contact the seller. I don't even know if they put their actual address on the shipping label or that was fake too.
