Ordered a DEBIT card worth $50 on 12th November but did not get it even after 2 weeks. No response to tickets/emails ripoff

I had ordered a Debit Card from 1exchangers.com for $50, and they said it would reach me within a week or so.

However, it has been almost 2 weeks now but I have'nt received the debit card. They donot reply to mails/tickets and their "LIVE SUPPORT" is always offline.

I wonder if this is a scam.
