Mortgage Approved on My Home Without My Knowledge or Signature

While I was married, Citifinancial approved a new mortgage on my home without my knowledge or signature. Now they are beating me down because they are trying to protect themselves. I have been sleeping in my van for two and a half years, waiting to get my home back. I am a combat Marine who served in Viet-Nam. I fought for my rights, and now I'm learning I have none. I feel like David against Goliath! I need help, please.

I have all the documentation to prove they helped this person commit fraud. While I am just keeping my head above water, I am doing my best to survive. I would love to join any lawsuit against this corporation. I have suffered because of it, and I would love to sue them bigtime. I am more than willing to send a complete package of documents if needed. As a former Marine, I ask you to please try to help me. Thank you.
