Winning my default judgment

Greetings.

I have successfully sued J.K. Harris & Company in Small Claims (Justice) Court here in Texas. I was also awarded some damages under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practises Act, where I alleged fraud, mis-representation and abandonement of contract.

I will be filing a Writ of Execution and an Extract of Judgment, which will be served at J.K. Harris corporate address by the Sheriff of Charleston County.

I have one bank account of JK Harris - courtesy of the imprint they used when they took my credit card payment.

This is a really bad company. More proof that sophisticated marketing, fear and greed continue to attract business to this Company despite their many repeated failures documented by the hundreds at the Better Business Bureau, and in court documents related to Taxes.com
