Orchard Bank Credit Card
Orchard took hundreds of dollars from me in fees then close dmy card without my knowledge - said i had to reapply!

I opened an Orchard Credit Card to rebuild my credit. They, like all other bad-credit, credit cards, charged about 200,00 in opening fees for a 300.00 credit limit card. I made my first payment and paid it in full. (300.00) Later, I got a cash advance from the card. Immediately after the cash advance Orchard said they had a problem with the ACH payment from my bank and charged me more fees that were double the limit. The called me over ten times a day about this issue.

I contacted my bank and paid the entire amount that they said I owed after all the fees were tagged on, (over 650.00). Then, when I tried to use the card again, it had been closed! When I contacted Orchard they accused me of trying to rip them off by getting a cash advance, even though I paid the card off in FULL again! Now, they say I have to reapply for an entire new card, paying another 200 in fees to start a new card. Orchard literally ripped me off over 400.00 in fees for a 300.00 card and after they got their money they just CLOSED the card!!!

They were rude to me, treated me like I was insignificant, belittled me, and treated me inferior to them. That is when I decided to correct her grammar as she spoke like a hillbilly with a sixth grade education, and before ending the call, however, I did remind the supervisor I was speaking to of her place in our current existence — a supervisor over telemarketing... And gave her a little comparative lecture on my place in this existence, (post graduate education) and informed her on Darwin's theory of survival of the fittest. The educated, not the ones with the best credit, are the fittest and will out-survive the telemarketer managers.
