Violated me by taking $159.95 from my account without my permission. Ripoff Monterey, California

MasterCard Sterling took $159.95 from my acount without me authorizing the charge. This has caused my account to be overdrawn. I have also had to pay an overdraft fee of $30.
I have tried to call them, but only get an answering machine directing me to a website. The website directs me to their phone number and an e-mail address. I have e-mailed them, but have had no response, yet.
I went to my bank and they said that I could dispute the charge, but that will cost me more money.
If anybody has any advice, please help...
