I knew something was wrong... What do I do now?

In Feb. we entered into a contract with TRN and paid $5000 for them to help with our tax problems... I became concerned when the process was taking so long. Well we finally filed an OIC, or so I thought and now I received notice of a tax lien!

I had a gut feeling something was wrong and when I found this web site I literally got sick. What happens to all of us who paid so much money and are left with more worries than before?

I trusted these people and their staff... They seemed very good, so now I have an OIC floating around and a tax lien... Should I contact the IRS... Any suggestions??? I will loose my job if my pay is garnished and then I will really have nothing.
