Specialty Merchandise Corp. Lied, Manipulated me and stole from me

I am on disability and was looking for a way to try and fix my house up (flooring, roof and etc...) when I saw the advertisement for SMC on TV with Tom Bosley as the host. I called and ordered the kit for 39.95 a month. They took that out and then they took out 2 weeks later $325.00. They tell you that you have 30 days to cancel and that is from the time you call in not from the time you recieve the kit which mine took 3 weeks.

The day I talked to my buisness coach I was upset about the money that was taken and he told me I agreed to it when I was on the phone. I personally don't recall to this but he said he could help me out and boy did he help me out all right. He signed me up (Dwight James) for the Silver Membership, Gift Card Redemption program and the E-commerce Club which was $999.99 to be taken out in installments.

I called him back within 2 hours and told him I wanted to cancel all of it. He told me to wait till the next morning and he would call me. He never called, I tried calling him all day. Finally I found out how to properly send the kit back and did so within my 30 days along with my letter. Which cost me $45.00 to send overnight mail since my 30 days would be up in 2 days. Out of all the money I have paid my account was only credited $64.90.

I have since recieved 2 more boxes of merchandise that I have been working with (Joanne) at ext. 5691 on where to send it and to get all my money back. She informed me that you have to cancel the emerchant club account in 24 hours for you to get refunded for that I told her I did so she said she would call me back when she knew something.

Now to this date I still have not heard where to send the merchandise and why I have not recieved my money. No one has called me, not the buisness coach not Joanne it has been almost 2 months. I call in and people hang up on me now or her extension just rings and rings. Now I am past the point of being patient. This program was supposed to be money back guarantee when canceled in the time frame. Which was done. To this date they now owe me $935.00. I would advise any one not to sign up with them and what ever you do don't give them your banking information. They will help themselves and take large amounts of money out within days of each other.
