Total Fraud and Unprofessionalism, Worst case ever, ripoff

We opened a Merchant Account with Bankcard USA as of the start of November we with held no information regarding the size of our project. However we asked repeatedly will there be any issues and were told absolutely none.

We finally started the Weds before last processing with them (November 1). So come Friday morning we had still not gotten a bank transfer so I called starting at 6am.

When I finally got the first person in customer services I was put on hold. I held for an hour and 17 minutes.
So I called back and was put on an additional 43 minutes.
So I called a 3rd time and was on hold 17 minutes, now remembering I was not actually getting anyone I was hanging up.

So after the 5th call I get the individual that setup our account, at which time he told me to contact the risk dept.

After leaving 3 voicemails within a one hour period I was able to get the guy in Credit again. So he tells me they will call us within 1 hour, this was the first of being told 7 times I would be called back that day alone.
I was never called back so I even went so far as to ask for the GM, he never has returned the calls.

It took 43 calls to get this anyone on the phone from the risk department, then she tells us we are in violation of the agreement, and I said what are you talking about we have violated nothing. So she says you have an office and a website, and I said your point is. She said you cannot have this and I said then tell every other company out there.

So then she says they are afraid to process the numbers of orders we can produce. And that they were not processing anymore orders for us.

So they shut off our Virtual Terminal, and even as of this morning Monday 13 we have not received any deposits from them. Although we were promised that the transfers would be done last Thursday.

And that was it, nothing but they are afraid to process, now this being after a week and a half. We told these special people how big what we were doing is and they acted like the most. I will hold my opinions back. I would never in a million years suggest using this company.

Take this as a warning.
