Mazzola Insurance - Capitol Payment Plan
Ripoff. Never got refund. Dishonest. Now a charge is listed on my credit report as my DEBT! Ripoff

I bought car insurance through Mazzola Insurance of Rochester NY on April 29. I created a around $100.00. I determined 3 nights later togo having a diverse organization for insurance. I terminated my Mazzola plan on May 2 or 3rd.

I had been informed by Geico that under NYC state-law, I had been eligible for a reimbursement of my deposit, less the couple of days that I'd the plan. I approached Mazzola and was handed the amount to Capitol Payment Program. I had been informed the organization required a $40 handling charge and might deliver me a look for the remaining.

I never received a check from their website. I did so contact Mazzola again a couple of months later. I had been informed they might look after it. I waited and waited.
After weeks of waiting, I chose to "create it off". Used to donot believe I'd get my reimbursement.

I had been examining my credit history a couple weeks before and observed a debt to Capitol Payment Strategy, Inc.in the quantity of $115.99. I refuted the cost not remembering who Capitol Cost was. I simply received a notice from their attornies declaring that I owe them-this income.
I really donot understand what to complete from below.
