Ripoff Enough is Enough! Illegally reporting old debts Class Action Lawsuit needed who's with me?

I opened an account with Fingerhut/Axyss National Bank years ago and in 2003 ended up filing BK. However, despite sending certified letters to Fingerhut and Axyss National Bank, the debt was never removed. Then one day it was gone just like that. Now, after 2 years of trying to resolve the matter with RJM (who never answers the phone or returns faxes or letters) I am fed up.

These 2 small accounts, which I will be forced to pay now in order to get into my house have driven me, along with others to file suit against this company. It is one thing if your debt is valid, but for those of us who filed BK or were victims of Identity Theft the company should honor the account findings and remove the debt.

I have already spoken with my attorney and would like to find out how many others would be willing to submit to a possibly class action lawsuit.
