Michael Collins Rude, Ignorant harrassing, rude, ignorant

I had a debt turned over to Aca for collection and a Mr Michael Collins called my brother in laws cell phone and left a message that I needed to have my attorney contact Attorney Norman Kaleena. As soon as i got the message I called immediatly. Only to find out it was this collection agency.

Mr Collins started right away that I needed to pay it in full by a certain date and I wrote all this information down but NEVER said I would send anything. He just called me tonight and I told him I never told him I would send the amount to him. Michael proceeds to tell me I am a liar and they were filing suit against me sct ect.

I was upset till i found your web site. Now I amrelieved after reading your advice and I plan on telling them not to contact me at home it will all be done over through the mail. I am just curious if there is any recourse I have with this company as far as the harassment they have put me through.
