Net Detective, Cyber Detective I filled an application and "didn't uncheck a box". Unaware my ABA/Acct# was debited. When calling I was told 5 day nonrefundable. Service not provided., Internet

I was applying for credit. I "didn't uncheck" a box. My ABA/Account # was taken and debited. I was unaware of debit until several days later. Was told on phone that 5 day refundable only. Angry, I said ok fine give me the info. For this Mycleanstart (Credit clean up). Tried to view my credit report. Did not work. Was told problem and would have to contact someone to fix and will get back to me. One month later, credit report still does not work. Will not refund money and service not provided.
