Ripoff Dishonest promised 2000.00 credit limit credit card, failure to notify it was for a catalog

I was told i would have a 2000.00 credit limit. I thought great i could use this to fill up our propane for the coming winter. Boy, did we get ripped off. Trying to get my 200.00 "good faith" deposit back. How am i going to keep my family warm this winter?
