Ip off, misleading, dishonest, arrogant, unprofessional

I am a successful financial services professional with 16 years in the business who was looking for a new lead source. I received an email with the headline, "How much annuity and senior life business can you write with 200 GURANTEED QUALIFIED CONFIRMEDleads per month?" I read and re-read the material and paid $2600 for "50 confirmed, qualified leads." I hired a professional telemarketer and followed everything they said to do. I sent out the letters they required to 241 people on my own list. These letters had the Charterhouse Group phone number on them.

So far we have gotten 24 "leads". They are garbage. Charterhouse emails names of people they say they have contacted and have requested information. My telemarker calls the next day to confirm the address. She then sends out the materials Charterhouse told us to send. Most of the people said they had not been contacted by anyone and had not agreed to meet with anyone. This is all BEFORE we call for an appointment. So far, only one agreed to an appointment and that was a man who just wanted a visitor.

When I try to get a response from Charterhouse group, they will not call me and only keep saying I haven't read their material.

This is a scam and a ripoff. I have documentation of everything I have done and the amount of money I have spent including the mailings, printing and a telemarker, well over $1000 in addition to what they charged with NO RESULTS.

These people give a GUARANTEE that is totally BOGUS. Dont' do business with them!!!
