False advertising breach of contract ignores email and calls poor customer service Raliegh

I bought ZeroDownRealEstatesInvestor's Investor's Package which was to suppose include unlimited access to the their multi-property listing Website. Also the package should included advise and counceling from an assigned Banker or Loan officer.

I received a Website address, a Username and a Password.
The Website (www.forclosureland.com/free) that they supposedly activated for me was bogus. It redirected me to a another Website (www.forclosureland.com) that they did not own. This Wesite offered 7 day trial memberships. Any one in the world can log onto this site and get services without buying ZeroDownRealEstatesInvestors package. They added the "/free" to the Web address to mislead me and others who bought the program.

I was told by Ms Ivana Totts, in their C/S Dept that they had an unlimited access property listing that cost $599.00 to join. I asked her why would I pay another $599.00 when I have already paid $545.00 for their Investor Program which should include the use of their data base? I was told by a Ms Ivana Totts that their agent, Mr Quentin Gray, was confused when he advised me on the contract.

I made Ms Totts aware that either she honor our contract or refund my money because I can't be responsible for their confusion.

Ms Totts made me aware that she will check the status of my account and call me back in 10 minutes. As of this date I have not recieved a response from Zero Down Real Estate Investors. These people are rude and indifferent once they get your money. It appears that they think that they are immune to to prosecution.
