They actually want to foreclose!

I've had my mortgage with Saxon Mortgage for over 2 years. It was bought in a portfolio from another company. I never had a problem with the other company.

After seperating from my now ex-wife, I found out my mortgage was a few payments behind. I called them immediately and set up what they call a 'repayment plan'. This included a large down payment and subsequent monthly payments increased by several hundred dollars.

At Saxon, they will NOT talk with you about any way to save your home. I've never come across this before and I'm in the financial industry. They will not allow you to talk to others in the company, stating that my home is not far enough behind to be allowed to speak with them... But... For only a few thousand more dollars in interest payments I can talk to Mr. (insert name here).

At the time the repayment plan was going on, I was told by Saxon that when finished, I would be able to refinance my home to a fixed rate. Ofcourse, this did not happen. Now, not only am I trying to fight a repayment plan that seems to be never ending, I'm unable to get information about my escrow (which has increased even though my homeowners insurance has not) or my payment history to find out how much longer I have on a repayment plan.

The time it was initially agreed on has passed and yet they still demand the full amount. When I ask these questions, they tell me they are unable to give me this information unless my home is atleast 90 days delinquent. Its like they are fighting against me saving my home... Putting up blocks in any type of resolution I try to work out with them. I am at a loss as to where I can turn to get help with this situation.
