The "Founder And President" DISHONEST, Does NOT pay wages owed and cpoies and paste FRAUDULENT deposit information, INSULTS people he dosen't know

It started with a work at home job with Grindstone. I was in my first few days and all they really seemed to be worried about was the fact that they could not get my company email address to work. Finally we got the situation fixed, and not less the 3 hours after we spend 1 hour on the phone about how important it was to have my company email up and running asap, I was on the phone with the "trainer" and she said she had to go, and for me to put my hours in for the day and to not work anymore until further notice.

I knew something was wrong, but had no idea why. She called me back and told me they were taking me off the campaign I was on and to submit all my hours for my paycheck and they would get it to me. She advised me that maybe they will call me for something else. I tried to ask her WHY I was being let go, considering not much work had been done since I just started and I was given NO reason.

I tried to contact the VP and President of the company who refused to talk to me until I advised them I would take this to my lawyer, then that is when they wanted to talk, but instead of talking to me and telling what happened, they all decided to tell me that I needed "help". Ok so because I want to know why I am being fired, I need help?

I submitted my hours as instructed, even printed them out for my own records. I tried, but still never got a answer to why they let me go. However I did get a email stating that they recieved my hours and a check would go out in the mail the following day. This was August 8th, it is now October 26th and I still have not gotten paid.

I have contacted the Founder and so called President of the comnpany, Brian Parnell advising him I have yet to get paid for my hours worked, and I demand to get my check. He avoids the actual problem of not paying me, but instead decides to send me emails back stating that " I need help, and that I am mentally ill". So he wants to rip me off a paycheck that he owes me and instead decided that I am mentally ill and need help just because I want what I worked for? I don't get it? I have been emailing him since August about how all I want is my pay that he owes me, still he refuses to pay me the small amount owed.

He sent me a email the other day stating he has sent me 6 emails with the Transaction information on it stating that the funds were directly deposited... Yet the Transaction information that he cut and pasted into the email is FRAUD. It is generic and I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with my bank looking for this so called deposit. The Trasaction data he emailed didn't even have my account or routing number on it and normally that is listed so you know what account the funds went into. So he LIED, and tried to send me a FALSE transaction recipt hoping I would go away.

I emailed him back letting him know I would supply him with bank information so he knows I was never paid that money, and of course I have not heard back from him because he knows the information that he supplied me with is false and he never paid me.

I don't understand how a so called President of a company can act like this. The pay is a small amount and I don't understand why he won't pay. His last email states that if I continue to bother him about the pay, he will get a restraining order... Ha... For what... Becuase he won't pay me and I have tried to contact him many times and resolve the issue? Come on, just pay. I don't know what I have to do to get my pay but something needs to be done.

People can NOT treat people like this, reguardless of what they think. Brian Parnell does NOT know me, but continues to insult me in his emails and tell me I am "mentally ill"- all I want is my paycheck that is owed and this can all be over. I am NOT mentally ill, I am just mad that I have to fight this for 3 months and I worked for that money and it is owed!
