Won't honor Providian's agreements - raises interest rate ripoff

After working hard to build credit & got interest lowered by Providian, Washington Mutual jacked up the interest rate to 16%-WITH NO WRITTEN NOTICE, and refuses to lower. Refuses to honor Prividian's agreements.

I want to participate in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT agaianst them.

I will be balance transferring my balance to other cards and then closing this account ASAP!
