Ripoff the company is sharing information with people who is not on account

My account managers call my inlaws trying to get in touch with me when note is behind they give my account information out. My inlaws do not need to know personal information like that.

I have had problems with their phone tatics there rude.
My home has been giving me problems since i bought it called them to get it fixed all they could say is it not my problem call the insurance company.

When you call the insurance company they will not fix the problem they send a check for the amount it cost to fix it without labor cost in the payment they say you can fix it yourself go to the hardware store and purchase the items.

Also they do not sign the check when sent to you
