Ripoff

I like many others on this site, have been ripped off of and did not authorize the charges. I noticed this morning, I had a charge for 149.95 on my account. I did not recognize the account so I called them. To my suprise I was left on hold and then told there was nothing that they can do. I asked them how they got my information and they could not answer. I called my bank and was asked to fill out affidavit to get my money back.

How can companies like these thiefs not end up behind bars? Not just the people that own them, but the employees? They are just as guilty as the owners.
