Stole an unauthorized payment from my checking account, after agreeing to a lesseer payment

After agreeing to pay $75 per months until the last two payments of $100 plus; United Cash Loans decided that the collection mgr. Assigned to my case was not expident enough to collect on the account. So on the day that I was told to call; I went to the bank to withdraw the money needed for my car note, and other bills; including another pay day loan company, and to my surprise, found out that instead of the $700 plus that was suppose to be in my account, that I had a balance of $145 left in my account. After talking to the teller, she informed me that United Cash Loans had electronically debit my account for the amount of $476.

The fun begins! I emailed them several times, and received and email, stating that they would contact me within the next 2-4 business days. Never received a reply email after that. The next step would be for me to call. Fat chance! After being placed on hold several times, and sent to other representatives elsewhere in the company; I finally arrived at the collection managers office.

Rotten luck! I received a voice mail, stating that he was either away from his desk or was busy helping someone else; please leave a message. Long story short. I have never received a return call from him or United Cash Loans, on trying to make amends on this error. I threatened to turn the case over to an attorney; and still no answer.

This company is sour grapes, in the customer service department, and I am now a car note behind, and as of 3/6, it is on my credit report; which is now hindering me for getting another parent plus loan for our daughter. Please steer clear of this company!!!
