Excessive fees to pay off loan ripoff

On October 16 I requested a pay off of my mortgage, to my surprise the fees totaled &10,000.00 more than the original loan.

They charged me for corporate advance which they said was for insurance. Which I had proven to them several times that I already had.

Could any one tell me what the heck is F&C gt charges. They also charged late fees which I had no knowledge of.
