Multible violations in security with private information they collected ripoff

Company claims its the best in the business with security in dealing with its customer. After receiving my personal information (SS# DOB) This company mailed to the mailbox located out at the street, clearly printed on the letter within all the information it collected on me. After calling their 800 number to inform them of this problem and their agreement to a private delivery of this letter containing the cutomers private information, again they sent another letter to this same mailbox with the same information within.

A signed USPS overnight delivery of a directive letter signed and notary by the customer was sent to Discover Bank with the customers displeasure of how the company was handling his private information and to discontinue its unlawful practice immediately. Another call was made to the company 800 number and the call centers manager assured this customer that a private sending of this letter would be sent overnight delivery with a customer signature required.

A date was agreed to, that the customer would be at the customers address to sign for this delivery. The letter never was received as agreed. About three weeks later another letter containing all the private information collected on the customer arrived at the customers mailbox located out at the street.
