Ripoff Taking your money and following thru on nothing

I was contacted about being interested in starting a Home based business by R.C. Who i beleive works for USCardServices. I was told that they were going to start me out with everything i needed to get going.

All I have ever gotten is E-Mails from Startup Essentials with tutorals that dont help much. I could never open any of the resource links or get information i needed to start.

I was told i would get start up money and help all the way thru. R.C. Talked like they were investing in me and only like 20% of people get approved. When I would ask questions I woud get the run around then she would go on with her speel.

I have read other posts about this person. She was on a cell phone and not a company phone. I have the cell phone number she called from as well. Saying the company phones were all in use.

She ran thru everything right away skipping from thing to thing. The paperwork she had me sign was coached and important things left out. When i would try to go back and read it she would rush faster saying we had to get this done.

I thought it might be a great way to become comfortable in life and start a life for myself making money. When i signed the paperwork important details were not made aware to me such as the big monthy payment for a cedit card machine and merch account.

I thought they were gonna give me start up money not the other way around. Now I'am a out lot of money and finding out why i could never get this thing going. What do i do? If i close my bank account they will try to legally pursue me.

There leasing company takes money every month for a machine that has never been used due to the lack of help that was promised by this R.C. As far as i know there were sitting right next to each other that day.

What actions do i take? This is not right and they need to be shutdown.
