Raised cc interest. Quit paying until straightened out. Took my savings, checking to put on CC acct. Cannot get them to send balance of my car payment. Put me through to collection dept

Purchased my car 2001 at 9% & when interest went down asked to have it refinanced. They would not do this. Also loan is fixed so can't save int.By paying it off.
They offered a 5% int. On credit card if I changed my other card over. After 6 mo. They raised it to 20%. Fine print of course. I told them would not pay if they did not change the interest. They would not.

When I quite paying it they took my savings, checking & Santa's helper account to put on the credit card. Before this told them would close account & pay $25.00/mo. They would not do this.

I do not ever hear from them but each time I call or write they put me through to collection dept. I will not talk to them but they will not tell me how much I have left to pay on my car. All they do is tell me to call them.
I do not know where my car pmt. Is going & need an attorney or someone to contact them.
Is what they are doing legal?
