Paragon Payday Loan
Ripoff

I like a dummy used this company to get a payday loan for $200.00 on 7/21/06. Since then this company has taken over $350.00 out of my account. I can not find a number for them, none of the numbers they gave worked. I called my back to see if I can block them from my account my bank claims no. They only have a service that stops payment once for $30, which I will have to keep repeating. Needless to say I have to cancel my account and open up a new one.

Fidelity bank is no help when it comes to these types of things, so I switched banks. Anyone have any Idea what we can do about this company to stop them from hurting other people looking for help.

In the meantime I have contacted my uncle who is a federal judge to see my options and who could best help me out but it will take some time for him to get that info. If anyone from Paragon is reading this, please be advised I will not stop until you are put out of business, whether or not my issue is resolved or not. I will try my hardest to make sure this never happens to another trusting sole.
