ASPIRE VISA CARD these people are rip offs, liars and scam artists. I had a $300 credit limit and all of a sudden my bill was up to $949.00. I NEVER EVER USED THIS CARD!!! I refuse to pay this bill, it is not my bill!!! They continuosly call me and harass me they also call and play music on the phone line. I am turning them over to the FCC, the Police and anyone else I can get involved.
