Ripoff fake government loans with no reimbursement after cancellations Roadtown Tortola

I got the materials for loans to look at from this company after giving them the $349.00 up front on January 16th. It took over till 3/17/06 to get the material and then when I got it, there was nothing in the book that interested me. I called back to the company and told them I was no longer interested and the young lady I spoke to gave me a confirmation number for a refund. I asked how I went about getting this refund and she said she would send me a form and I had to request it.

When I finally got the form it stated that you were supposed to have applied for three loans and been turned down in order to be illigible for a refund but that was never stated to me. So I packaged up all their materials in their entirety on May 30 with a return reciept for international mail requested and I didn't hear any thing until 7/26/06 and I still don't have my money either. Imagime that. Ripped off.
