Does this sound familiar to anyone? We were also told our account was 2 months behind in July. They take the money out of our bank account by telecheck, but they have no record of it.

We are told we never sent payment for June and Feb. we are told to send bank statements showing the payments. I did this, but my bank told me to white out the account # and not to fax entire statement, just the section showing the mortgage withdraw. I did this, spoke with the rude, stupid, nasty people that work for them and was then told what I sent them wasn't good enough.
I was then told a letter from my bank saying the fund were withdrawn. Went to the bank, faxed that, then told they didn't get the fax, faxed it again and then told no payment was made in oct. 2005. Also the money I sent on our escrow acct. Never made it to escrow. Iwas told they applied it to late payments.

I was then sent a letter telling me they hadn't looked into the lost payments yet because the information I faxed them was not "good enough". I will be going to the bank again tomorrow to see what I can do next.

At this point any help anyone can give me would be great!
