Illegal Unlicensed Collections, ignoring prior Cease Comm Request, KNOWINGLY attempting OOS collections ripoff

These jokers are collecting for Great Seneca. Last year, Great Seneca attempted to sue me, and I got it dismissed. I sent a certified CEASE COMM request to them. I guess this JUNK DEBT BUYER is unaware of that. I will have to refresh thier memory.

In this letter, the "debt" is CLEARLY identified as "OOS" which stands for OUT OF STATUTE, which means LEGALLY UNCOLLECTABLE!

I told them in my letter that due to this blatant frivolous collections attempt, they will be billed for my time at the rate of $60 an hour plus costs. I included a bill for $66.00! I feel that this is not at all out of line in light of the $16467.72 bill they sent me!

Also, they send the letter from NY, but claim to be in FL. If the letter comes from NY, that is engaging in collections activity in NY. I need to see a debt collection license in NY for them.
