Financial Recovery Services Also Sherman ACQ
Services, Also Sherman ACQ Fake collection letter no actual debt Ripoff Minneapolis

Business & Finance

Received a letter dated April 18 from Financial Recovery Services, Inc. Saying that they were collecting a debt I owe to Sherman ACQ, LLP. They offer a "substantial discount" if I pay 45% of the debt, $1204.92. They further say that even if I can't pay the entire amount, I should call their company and set up payment schedules.

I've never heard of Sherman ACQ, I've never been contacted about any debt like this, and I don't owe this debt.
