243 Fifth Ave #232 ripoff - Sent to my brother in Alfreda, Arizona and he sent them $25. I checked on it but he had already sent them a check

I checked on this company for my brother in Arizona, he thought he would receive a grant. I am mailing him information on the company and that it is a ripoff. Unfortunately he had already sent the $25.00 and he can little afford it. I told him to tell his neighbors in case they get this mailing. They even gave him a number of his grant 179-721. I checked their phone number in NY NY and they don't have one, so it is probably a drop box. People like this need to be stopped. Thank you for having a place to at least list them.
