Bank ripoff charged fraudulent overdraft charges 2 at 35 dollars each!

I had a low but positive balance and I made a cash deposit that morning to cover all debits that were to come in and was chargede 2 35 dollar insufficient funds charges!!! Also I was charged last month 2 times for the same check!!!
