Illegal collection practices

This place gives collection agencies a bad name. They have called me repeatedly each day about a debt they claim my husband had from 1999.

He didn't incur this debt and not only do they say they can't/won't give me proof of a signature/itemized bill, they also claim we lived in Arizona. We have never even BEEN in Arizona.

I am a debt collector and I know my rights. If they can't supply a signature or even an itemized bill then why would I or anyone else pay this?

Maybe they better read up on the FDCPA. Its even past the statutes of limitations IF he did owe it, but he doesn't.
