Sent a collection notice for Bicycling Magazine that I never signed up for

North Shore Agency sent me a collection notice trying to collect $19.98, in regards to a magazine subscription to Bicycling Magazine. I went to their website to write and tell them that I wanted them to seek proof of subscription, however they don't have any electronic means to do so. I really don't care that much over 19.98, or a credit entry that I owe that little of money. I thought that it was funny that this webiste existed and wanted people to know that this company is still out there trying to get money out of unsuspecting people.
