Question about coverages & Coinsurance Ripoff Dallas

I recently aquired Mega Insurance. I don't really understand the coinsurance policy. The "Coinsurance" Maximum as they put it is $4000.00. I have a 70 / 30 Coinsurance Level. Would I have to pay the whole $4000.00 or 30% of the $4000.00.
