Bait & Switch on the Day of Mortgage Closing. Forced to accept Higher Loan Rate or lose my house

I'm trying to find out if anyone out there used the Wells Fargo branch @ the Desert Ridge branch on Tatum Rd.in Scottsdale, AZ to get a home loan and had problems or complications with it.

About 4 months ago I was the victim of bait and switch on the day my loan was supposed to close so I was in a corner and had to accept the higher interest rate and an ARM, which was never agreed to. I had all the evidence of it documented to prove it and took it to the regional VP and we refinanced it 3 times in 4 months to finally get it right.

Today I found out a co-worker of mine had the same bait and switch happen at the same location by the same group of loan officers on the day it was supposed the close, which put them in a corner and is forcing them to accept a much higher APR.

If you did use them for a loan and have something weird happen where the rate wasn't what you were promised or the fees were wrong please contact me ASAP! I'm trying to see if this is a pattern of bait and switch and not just "an isolated incident" as the managers tried to assure me. I'm planning to bring this matter to the oversight agency responsible for mortgages if I find others who have similar experiences.
