Ripoff! I received a cardat 7.9 FIXED and after a yr they upped my credit limit and also my fin to a Variable 22.24. Never late and always paid more than owed! They said my credit limits are to high

I have had a Chase credit card for over a year now. The intro was 0% fin for a year and thereafter 7.9 FIXED. After paying every month ontime plus a little more, I was rewarded with a credit increase on my card and ALSO a finance increase of 22.24! Now I only owe them $3,000.00. When I inquired about this they said that because I owe 16,000.00 in debt total and my income is 36,000.00! What a great way to reward people who pay on time! As you might have guessed I closed this account that day and I'm now in the process of transferring this loan to another bank today!
