We started working with fas in April. They were in a hurry to got all the paperwork in that day and get the 1200.00. At first we did hear a bit from them then nothing. We called ericka at ext 306 2 to 3 times per week and no reply, or if we did get to talk to her she would claim the computers are down and she will call us back when they are up again. We recieve a letter yesterday that our house will be sold in auction on oct 26th. I know the mortage company is hard to work with but we could have been trying something else. I am not sure what to do except look for another place to live. This makes me sick. Does anyone know other options?
