Gold King Operating Company is not responding to our phone calls, written correspondence to them (evem if sent certified) concerning our checks for our royality interests.

Gold King stopped sending any check or correspondence to us when they took over as the operating company for the Bateman Land Field located in St. Mary's Parish in Louisiana in late 2006.

Interest holders like myself, repeatedly call them and receive nothing but dead end voice mails. Each time we call we are redirected to another new person and another dead end voice mail.

They do not respond to letter either, even if sent certified mail. It appears to us, that they are simply taking our royality funds and keeping them for themselves.
