Palisades Collection, ripoff illegal seizure of bank accounts

Pressler and Pressler sent me an alleged judgement order with subject: RE: Palisades Collection, L.L.C. From the Civil Court of the City of New York. The amount being asked for is $3,423.89.
On Friday October 25th, my bank accounts were seized in an amount exceeding $6,000.00, which is twice what the papers have on them.
In addition, I was sent a questionnaire asking question concerning bank accounts, cars, residence, real property, etc.
There was NO agreement attached showing that they had purchased my debt from anyone else. And I am wondering why the amount is twice what was asked for in the so-called judgement.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
