Have had a judgement filed against me for an at&t bill from 2003. Had the cellphone for 2 mo., billed me for calls to st. Vincent for over 1,000.00. Told them i refused to pay for something i didnt do, they cancelled the phone. Now being sued by palisades collection agency, attorneys are pressler and pressler. Have already appeared in court with them, it was postponed for a later date so i could send them the paperwork i had to dispute. I realize now that was a mistake, after seeing your site. Back to court may 16.
