RJM Acquisitions ripoff saying I owe Fingerhut 219.35 from back in Sept 1995

They are saying I owe Fingerhut / axsys national bank $219.35. From back in 1995. I don't owe fingerhut that amount of money. And for a company to wait 11 years to have a company send you a statement that is fraudulent, have a lot of nerve. Does these reports go to a local attorney generals office. If they dont i suggest sending one to you local aggency to i am.
