Fraudulent Accounting Practices & Terrible Customer Service Not Sure

I've been sending my payments and it says on my checks that it's for principal and interest because I pay my taxes and insurance directly each year. For over a year I've been doing this and no problem until ASC got my mortgage. Still 3 months of me paying them this way and each month they would process my payments perfectly then suddenly and without warning the decided to put my payments in a suspense file and not apply it to my mortgage and started adding penalties and interest. As soon as I noticed it I called but after many calls nothing was happening.

I sent them registered letters but still nothing so I decided to pay in full my mortgage. I had recently sold my previous home so I had the money in the bank. I called and asked for the pay off amount and they said they'd mail it. Days went by and nothing so I called again and this time they said they'd fax it. Again days went by and nothing so I called again and after about 45 minutes of asking for a supervisor they finally backed down and transfered me to a supervisor that told me that she would fax it to me by end of business. She was the first person to actually do what she promised.

I got the fax and the next morning I was at my bank wiring the funds to ASC.

2 weeks later I got a reply to my registered letter telling me that since the loan was paid in full they weren't going to address my complaints. Can you believe these people?

I'm glad I'm done with them and the next time I have a mortgage as soon as I hear that they're going to take over, I'll do whatever I can to pay it off so I never have to deal with these people again.
