Ripoff! Business from hell

I sent the money to this company thinking I would have the opportunity to rebuild my credit with one card that offered a limit that would more than cover anything that I would need it for... I should have looked it up before I sent the money out to make sure but I guess being the nice person I am, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I tried to call in and it's all automated and they are not accepting calls from anyone who does not have an account number due to an unusually high call volume recently (imagine that!) so you can't even talk to anyone to cancel anything!!! All I could get was a fax number and an address - what a jip!!! I have faxed a letter and I am sending it to the address they gave me and we'll see if they return my money, if not I will proceed with legal action against them since they do promise a 30 day money back guarantee! Do not fall for this... I can't believe that they would do this to people that are trying to re-build their credit. I know personally that I don't have a lot of extra money and that's why I have had bad credit in the past and I think it is terrible that a company would take advantage of that! DeannaDublin, Ohio
